I had a wicked odd experience last night. I think I had a lucid dream, but I’m not really sure as my mental imagery is so minimal. I decided to meditate in that “dream”. When I tried to open my eyes they didn’t open at first, and when they did, I had the feeling of waking up.

No idea! Minds are strange things. The meditation practice felt pretty solid though

I’ve been through theee different dream levels inside one dream. Not in a while. Last lucidity was two years ago while traveling.

Did the travel relate to the dream? One of my "most lucid" lucid dreams entailed realizing I was in the Philippines (in the dream) when I hadn't yet left the monastery where I was training in Taiwan (in waking life). Strange travel logic/logisitics often trigger lucidity for me.

Me, too. Yes, I think so. There was an ambiguity about whether the dream was taking place in France, where I was, or back in a meaningful place I had once lived. They fused.

Dreams are nice.
Active imaginations are even more beautiful I guess.

Unusual levels of fractal imagery and intensely vivid colors arise in waking life, particularly in meditation. Maybe this imagination is a tad too powerful.

Especially when we use this power in daily life communications...
