Thanks! What is the word for wavering? I am not sure I am understanding what is meant here, do you?

"Wavering" is Ṭhānissaro Bhikkhu's translation of "phanditaṃ." Ajahn Sujato uses "trembling" while Bhikkhu Bodhi uses "palpitation." It appears the meaning is that pre-occupation with oneself ("I" this, "I" that, etc.) is a source of agitation. Hope that helps clarify!
