I’ve been thinking about trying intermittent fasting (basically the 2-meal per day plan), to see what it does for focus, and concentration. Has anyone tried this? if so, do you find the Theravāda-style (no eating after mid-day) or the breakfast-skipping-style more useful?

If I aim for this, I plan to keep my nutritional and caloric intake pretty high (so not like they do in monastic contexts). I’m really interested in the effects on anticipation and embodied demands though!
