Which case is this? I don't recall the Avataṃsaka Sūtra being quoted in the 無門關, but I'd love to see it in there.

Case 47 'Tosotsu's three Barries'. Mumon's poem seems to have this verse in mind. See Shibatyana's Teisho on page 324. Good luck

Only the first line (一念普觀無量劫) is from the Avataṃsaka Sūtra (T0279.10.0066a06), but better than nothing! The principle (理) pervades the rest.
