They haven't tried that yet. Not clear they ever will. If they did, it would probably involve suppressing rural turnout somehow.

Short of a constitutional amendment, not sure what mechanics are even there to do this kind of thing. I think it's unfair to equate that with the very real suppression from other side.

I just had to add "or suppress turnout" because the GOP is doing this, and I didn't want to leave that part out.
