As someone who left environmental law, this country’s existing “environmental regs” are actually elaborate schemes to permit and license pollution. Hard to sell them as law & order.

How solid is the evidence for lead-crime? I haven’t been able to find much beyond the expose that originally brought it to light. If legit though it’s arguably the most important social science finding in decades.
