For those who are wondering: A) The ice that will raise sea levels when it melts is ON TOP OF LAND. Not floating! I thought the hexagon thing (even if a bit off) was a genuine legit science question that should not be ridiculed. The answer, as Noah says, is that it's the Antaractic and to a lesser degree, Greenland ice, not the floating ice, that will be the problem, of course.

True. But a lot of people don't know that, and I've found that, even when ppl might be commenting in bad faith, it helps to explain earnestly (as if in resp to legit questions--which they might be, even if some ppl might just be more boorish) than to ridicule.
Let's use a two-pronged approach. You explain earnestly, I'll ridicule (and then explain earnestly). Together we can't fail!
