Fascist gangs going multiracial now????https://www.thedailybeast.com/why-young-men-of-color-are-joining-white-supremacist-groups …

the proud boys aren’t a white supremacy group
-
Apparently not...or if so it's a more complicated form of white supremacy
-
For god’s sake, just leave it at them not being White Supremacists—whatever else they may be.
-
it’s “White Supremacy 2” the more advanced sequel of the first one- where they let in all races & talkabout beer.

I think in the minds of the hardcore, these are temporary allies & useful cover for their long term goals. In the minds of the new recruits, its a chance to prove you're in the ingroup, not the outgroup.

Reminds me of an Australian book by
@JohnSafran, where he mentions the non white far right participants of our local weird far right coalitionshttps://www.penguin.com.au/books/depends-what-you-mean-by-extremist-9780143789895 …

Whoa, hang on. This is not a new phenomenon. Going back hundreds of years, no one has ever been more passionately invested in white supremacy than new immigrants.
-
Your first lesson is becoming an American is learning what it means to be white.

George Wallace in his Hail Mary '64 Democratic campaign was completely shocked by the enthusiastic reaction he got from Serbian and Polish immigrants in Milwaukee. He almost stole the Wisconsin primary from Johnson and no one was more surprised than him. https://www.jstor.org/stable/20148739?seq=1#page_scan_tab_contents …

This is American racism 101. You aren't really an American until you've clearly marked yourself out as "not black"
-
It has also created a weird dynamic for Hispanic immigrants, since Spanish colonial life approached slavery and African ancestry differently from the English colonies.
-
Hispanic immigrants have been slower to cleave away into whiteness and blackness, since their ties to African and native American ancestry are closer to memory.
-
Many Hispanics also have a long cultural animosity toward the US that's tough to shed.
-
Nevertheless, in places like Texas, where the pressure toward racial conformity reaches diamond-crushing intensity, you do see them starting to redefine themselves as white and even vote Republican. Elsewhere, not so much.

So anyone pushing back against antifa are fascists? Have you seen antifa? Aren't they fascists? If not, can you explain your reasoning? & how have you deduced that the people photographed are white supremacists? The hand symbol?
