I understand this argument makes sense politically, but legally DACA and this "emergency" declaration are totally different. One does not set precedent for the other from a legal point of view.

Pfft. I figure Trump has little or no clue or care as to what meaning there is in them forcing a veto on him, and won't be embarrassed at all when he vetoes. They'll have to explain it to him, and even then all he'll see is Paul being mean to him.
