there was a video filmed in the hello games office years ago with sli support written on a whiteboard so I'd assume so

Well they said the game would be multiplayer as well so don't trust them too much; they don't mind lying to consumers.

Imo, I wouldn't call it a multiplayer game if there aren't any other people you can see or interact with.

Yeah seems more like a ‘shared experience’ than truly multiplayer. You name the planets together but can’t meet
