It’s entirely possible that they don’t feel this is humiliating. Remember, we don’t have a much context here and we project our own emotions on things we see. I see teachers who love their kids that much.

Guys, the US spends over $15,000 per student per year k12. It's one of the highest totals on Earth per student. Teachers always complain, but their claims never match reality.
