State governments don't want e-cigs, as they are seeing their tobacco tax revenue drop sharply. Especially in your state of NY, which has some of the highest tobacco taxes in the country. What is your true interest in strong regulation? People's health, or tax funds?

6 years tobacco free, all due to E-cigs. I had tried everything else, and nothing worked. The more regulations you put on them, the less available they will be, and the more small mom and pop stores you will put out of business.

Did you read the same article I did? This article clearly shows the science is not clear and is full of 'may''s , and 'possibilities', not clear cut facts and science. The only clear cut science is E-cigs are much safer than tobacco for those that use them to quit, as I have done

You know what really lures teens to smoking? Bought off politicians in cahoots with tobacco industry, letting tobacco deceive and abuse the public decade after decade after decade. Stricter regs on e-cigs merely makes it easier to drive youth toward cigarettes.

No, smoking is down, so too is smoking-related cancer. I stopped smoking due to e-cigs, like dozens I know, most all of us gradually decreasing our nicotine levels, as well. Politicians saying otherwise are service tobacco. Serve the people for a change. It's worth a try.
