I’m deeply disappointed with this ruling. @CFPB should be outside of @POTUS’s influence, not overseen by a Trump political appointee.https://www.wsj.com/articles/judge-backs-trump-administration-in-fight-to-control-cfpb-1511907332 …

On what basis??? The law quite clearly states who will be the interim head in case of a vacancy. Trump needs to learn how to respect the law because he has a history of doing the exact opposite. This must be appealed to the SCOTUS.

The Federal Judge ruled in Trump's favor. Democrats need to respect the rule of law and judge's ruling. Federal Vacancies Act of 1998.

The law creating the CFPB specifically named who would act as director in a vacancy. It was not left to the POTUS to decide. The SCOTUS should overturn this because the Trump Admin is clearly wrong.

Knowing CFPB assists political parties (Dems 593 times & Republicans once) it doesn’t need to exist at taxpayers expense.
