I'm going to reply as a nurse. You don't fight it. You recognise that structural aspects of the treatment of cognitively impaired people cause worsen health outcomes and increased mortality. If that doesn't concern you think about the economic burden of disease
-
a nanny state that makes life easier for dumbs leads to more dumbs. genetic enhancement is great if it could be made cost-effective
-
We're not talking about dumb people. We're talking about people with intellectual disabilities.
-
Then you're not taking your own terms seriously

The trouble isn't a desire for equality but envy. Humans want status and a political program that says "let's genetically enhance the poor so the rich lose relative status" is probably a non-starter. "IQ equality" will just mean "promote stupid people"
-
Explicit Bioleninism sounds believable. But how many IQ69 people could you convince SV to hire? "Is your company cognitively representative of the population?" Lmao
-
The problem is that IQ is a test people cans study for and cheat on. You can also intentionally score low. This is why I don't like it as a measurement. People ought to work towards a brain scan type measurement of intelligence.
