Make sure you select 'Notify subscribers' under advanced settings when you publish your videos. Also, ask your subs to check notification settings here: https://goo.gl/PdDKZW . Let us know if the issue still persists, we'll look into it.

Thanks for responding. I do have that checked for each video and their notifications seem set fine. It's why I asked because that's all the info I could find and those steps are in place.

Sub boxes and notifications just aren't working correctly all the time. My subs have been telling me this for years now.

I'm aware it's been an issue for years. Just getting a lot more complaints than usual this week. Deosnt hurt to ask if I can do anything about it. :)

I actually saw you get on smash and wondered if you were streaming, went to see if you were, and when I checked I didn't see the stream. I ended up missing the stream. :o/
