Minor update: it was brought to my attention that a controller with no SOCD resolution wouldn't function, as all data sent to the Gamecube must include a valid stick coordinate. We've removed that option from the rules.

We've updated some rules for Melee at @SuperSmashCon.
There will be a LGL of 60 that only goes into effect if the game goes to time.
