Same for when Metroid turned 30 yo Nvm, they were taking down fan games back then
-
Fans can make a franchise so successful, just like Sonic mania.

Happy Anniversary to a neglected franchise.
-
The Neglected Franchise is F-Zero, not Star Fox.
-
Indeed, it has been only two years since Star Fox Zero, believe it or not. :(

when the Virtual Console inevitably arrives on the Switch, this game better be ready for take off
-
Virtual Console Won't come to switch. Backwards compatibility and ability to buy old games on current gen console isn't lucrative enough for console makers. They usually go for remakes (Shadow of Colossus etc) yet as Nintendo do not believe in them, we'll get a brand new game.
-
It was confirmed a while ago that classic games are coming in some formhttps://twitter.com/NintendoAmerica/status/870445058385821696 …
-
They are coming but not in a form of virtual console, they will use them as reward system but they wont be selling them.
-
Virtual Console was on the Wii, 3DS, and Wii U whether or not they'll be changing the name of the service is still up in the air, but nostalgia still sells, there's no way they won't rerelease their classics
-
They do in form of classic console to separate the nostalgia market. They want people to buy new games and 3rd party games instead of old ones. Its just smart business which worked for Sony.
-
They don’t want that. They want people to buy the online service. It’s not virtual console but the ability to play old games using the online service.
-
Yeah. They will have some old games but without ability to purchase them. Its only a way of promoting online services. Nothing more
