If there's one thing Zelda has been lacking, it's the excitement of cooking vegetables.

And what has this to Do WITH ZELDA?!?!
-
Oh no, new things in a game that have been playing it safe for far too long :/
-
Seriously, there's no pleasing the Zelda fanbase. They ask for new things, then complain about it.
-
That's Not my Problem. New things are good gut this game have nothg to do With zelda.
-
If Link wasn't there it could be a completly different game. And even Link looks very diffrent :/
-
They said they wanted to redefine Zelda, and there is nothing wrong with that. Change is good

release date?
-
it's in March (:
-
I was hoping for a holiday release but that's doable. that way it'll release around with the NX
-
It's not confirmed but we are assuming March. For now it's just 2017
-
they officially announced a few months ago that it would launch with the NX
-
No. Look it up
-
My bad, I was pretty sure they announced it around the same time they announced the Animal Crossing mobile app
-
It's cool.

Disappointed
@NintendoAmerica that Link has to kill wildlife to survive. -
You can do a veggie playthrough. Source:https://youtu.be/3MtmDoWrV9k?t=3m22s …
-
that is good its not manditory
-
It is a strange diversion from traditional zelda messaging though! Previously: mess with wildlife; face consequences.
-
Exactly. This is the first time in 30 years that Link has been allowed to kill something innocent.
-
I've been thinking about the mechanic; how it could be tweaked to encourage "don't kill if you don't have to".
-
Could species go extinct? Could meat go bad if unused? Could creatures have children, who you leave orphaned?
-
We don't know that game *won't* have these elements, but it seems doubtful that game will discourage wanton hunting.
