This is why I love Nintendo, they're willing to come out and be like "Yo, Imma level with ya, things didn't go according to plan so rather than put out a sub-par product, we're gonna cut our losses and start over so we can do the best we can" Such honesty is refreshing

Meanwhile at bethesda/ea/activision *rips off and offends their entire fanbase by lack of awareness or in depth announcements* "pleased to announce we'll be breaking our games even more, also please buy our season pass and in game currency :)"

Nintendo apologizing is a rare thing, they must feel very bad about the delay
