I neeeed this game those 3hrs on the demo wasn't enough!
-
You know you can start a new save file and reset the timer right?
-
I’m pretty sure people can figure that out it’s just that some people may want to wait to enjoy the rest of the game in its entirety.

Ok so this game(atleast 1st 3 hours) is good and bad. The laziness of how you're characters first meet/ don't even interact is just horrible. Their individual stories are great and the battle system is great but man you feel like you're walking around with statues..
-
There's character interaction
-
Most people with review copy’s claim there is very little interaction between the 8 characters, still really excited to pick up on Friday

Most of the ones I read were talking about the prologues where you recruit the other members and your current party isn't in any of their scenes, I didn't see any that were talking about once you move to Chapter 2. Either way, I play for gameplay, so I don't care too much :D
-
I play RPGs like these mostly for story so I can see why I and many other fans of the genre could find that aspect of the game a deal breaker. I'm waiting for reviews to see how bad of a problem it is.
-
Imagine no interactions at all between your protagonists. They joined you for no apparent reason and will give their life for you. It seems awfully weird and awkward doesn't it? It would feel unfinished, even if you don't play for the plot. We'll see though.
-
Ya it's really just a weird way to go about it. Part of these type of games charm is the relationships between your party members. You're right they really do join for no reason whatsoever and none of your other party members are in their "cutscenes"

I felt bad for Primrose. I swear. Christina Vee did an excellent job voicing her. It's like Shantae entered the world of Octopath.
-
Primrose isn't voiced by Christina Vee, she's voiced by Laura post.
-
I mean to be fair, Shantae and Primrose are both dancers so it's a pretty easy mixup

Will the progress transfer over if the physical copy is purchased instead of digital?
-
Yeah, your save will still go over
