    great KS1 sports day today thanks to all teachers and support staff! Even my KS2 daughter was involved setting up equipment and helping staff and pupils, she had a lovely afternoon 😊

    Class 6 have some new 'pets' to look after. We have 5 caterpillars to watch over and when they have changed into butterflies we will release them into the forest.

    Wowsers that was a hot one at the rounders! ☀️🔥 Well done to our Y6 teams who played in the Garforth schools tournament this afternoon. The boys team won two games and lost one while the girls drew one game and lost two. ⚾️⚾️⚾️ Excellent effort!

    Sports Day is one of the highlights of my year in school. Skipton were worthy winners again but I witnessed lots of excellent performances and resilience from children in each house in every year group. 🏆🥇🥈🥉🏅👍🏻

    Well done Skipton House for winning the KS2 Sports Day Cup again! It was a close run thing, but the long run was the decider. Everyone played their part. Superb teamwork all round from every house. 🏆

    We had a very productive parent forum meeting today about our new sex and relationship education programme. Thank you to the parents and governors who came along. This will be launching next academic year. More information in September.
