    Sent in October 1940 by Witold Pilecki, this report reached the Allied high command through the Polish Government shortly after.

    So sad that the irreplaceable, legendary Nicholas Parsons has died. Somehow, I always felt he would never leave this earth & would continue to entertain us with his unwavering diplomacy, quick wit, charm & humour. He will be much missed.

    Article certainly provides food for thought ! Agree we’ve forgotten art of face-to-face conversation with takeover of digital conversation. Perhaps pubs could try once-a-week mobile ban? Excluding cc bit draconian & wouldn’t work in London which is becoming cashless!

    My old pub has banned mobiles. I cherish the return of tranquility

    Watched last night & were moved to tears. Grateful to for unique insight into prisoners life inside Aylesbury Young Offenders prison. Heartbreaking hearing articulate inmates (many mention love for their Mums) & help support vulnerable young change lives.

    Thank you to and HMP Aylesbury for showing the different ways we can support people to change their lives in It was both uplifting and inspiring to see the positive impact music had on a group of young men.

    Social media companies have an impact on children’s lives which is more powerful than anyone could have imagined. Which is why these proposals should get our backing. With power comes responsibility.

    Just read that Derek Fowlds has died. Excellent in Yes Minister & Yes Prime Minister. And had one of the best lines in sitcom history when they discussed newspaper readers on Yes Prime Minister.
