At least they've disabused themselves of the notion Russia is a balloon ready to pop at any moment! And if this is projection, then one has to consider US/EU will only last until its next big financial crisis.
This is true. But it's this "wartime presidency" wording--that could be conditioning--is what's extremely worrisome.
