First, they accused the Kremlin within hours, but now it’s going to take months to investigate what happened to Skripal. Let me make a wild guess: by pure coincidence, investigation results are going to get published shortly before the World Cup.pic.twitter.com/Hp4PSA8TpD

When #MH17 went down Obama was blaming Putin while bodies were still dropping. Literally within hours. This follows similar pattern: conclusion before investigation. #Skripal

And saying it is a false flag to blame Russia also follows a similar pattern.

Let the facts be known rather than launch hysterical accusations would be a starter.

Or they are not going to release anything at all and hope the whole thing vanishes down the memory hole. If they had evidence, we'd have already seen it. But they got nothing, and they can't very well admit it, issue an apology, resign, etc.

Yes ...the damage is done and Russia will always be to blame so I also think they will let the whole thing fade..and just mention it when Russia bashing..

I wouldn't be surprised if they outsourced the whole thing to Bellingcat, which is what usually happens when you want to blame Russia but have nothing tangible that a government agency could credibly put its name on.

The UK government have painted themselves into a corner on this case and according to some reports have been putting their scientists under huge pressure to come up with a verdict that suits their case ?.

Unless he misspoke, Jeremy Corbyn seems to say the nerve agent was actually manufactured in Russia and he's obviously seen the intelligence. So presumably Russia is being blamed on the basis of that. https://www.politicshome.com/news/uk/foreign-affairs/news/93772/jeremy-corbyn-russia-must-be-given-nerve-agent-sample-so-they-can#undefined.uxfs …pic.twitter.com/8azmlkDyhQ
