I recall he was released, right ? :) And his company was stolen by the Kremlin, right ? He is a free man, who can give his opinion, isn't he ? What is the issue exactly, in your view ?

He was released because of claims of health issues not because he was innocent. This man is no angel nor heroe, his a white collar criminal! His hate toward president Putin is just recentment because he put an end to his criminal activities.

That’s what many in the West think, but he is a crook together with the rest of the oligarchs during the Yeltsin years.https://youtu.be/Q2Cl8lSv9Is

He surely wasn't an angel, no better than those in place right now, the Abramovitch, Chemezov, Shelomov, Kolbin, Yakunin and so, so many others. But it was useful to strip him off of Yukos to get it back in the Kremlin's friends hands, while sending him away. Thiefs stole crooks.

The very first decision Putin made as a new president of Russia : do you remember what it was ? :) Quite telling.

And, rather than (yet again) blame other oligarchs, one might be interested in looking who owns Russia today. With the current crooks, who managed to put 87% of the wealth in Russia in the hands of 10% of them only. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1476795193 …

Amazing they accused of Putin's government to be corrupt, but when they go after the criminals the West called them political prisioners. If Khodorkovsky committted the same crimes he committed in Russia in the U.S, his fate would have been the same, prison.

Did you know that there was a $150B capital flee from Russia in 2014 ? :) That's 3x the annual defense budget. For sure, this money wasn't foreigner's ... some wealthy Russians, friends of Putin, felt they had to secure their dirty money elsewhere ;)
