@NinaByzantina Query: do you know if pro-Kiev "unionists" may campaign and stand for election?

@SonnenTanzer I guess that could occur theoretically, if the candidate gathers the required # of local signatures. Practically, I doubt it. -
@NinaByzantina I have no doubt Akhmetov, even Taruta, could get enough signatures. Without unionists election will be a sham. -
@SonnenTanzer The current slogan in Novorossia is "no oligarchs," so it depends on whether the current reps live up to it. -
@NinaByzantina I love this idea, personally I prefer trial then life in prison w/ hard labor for all oligarchs, but it is not my decision. -
@NinaByzantina Many in Donbass, PERHAPS majority, want to be in Ukraine; only free election can answer this. PS: I doubt it will be free :(. -
@SonnenTanzer@NinaByzantina In Ukraine? Don't think so. Maybe before the war, but not now after all the destruction inflicted by UA forces. -
@PavicL@NinaByzantina Thank you, Mr. Van Guard. If the result is so obvious, there is no harm permitting the unionists to campaign.
