They should do "Evening with Vladimir Solovyev," with subtitles of course.

I don’t mind one-on-one interviews Solovyov does. But his talkshow has the same group of pundits, so you know in advance what they’ll say most of the time. Plus the screaming—but that’s a problem with most talk show formats.
-
I liked his election debates. That's how an open exchange of ideas looks like. Ditto some other political talk shows, where Russian pundits discuss with Western official-line reps. Unthinkable in the (major )Western media these days, where Russian perspective is never presented.
-
PS If a memory serves, a while ago you wrote on the very subject (incomparably more visible official Western perspective in the "undemocratic" Russian major media, than vice versa).
-
Every show will have at least one pundit to present the "Western" position & a pundit to argue on behalf of Ukraine or Poland or Latvia, etc. Such discordant voices are absent from US debates. The only Russians the US media invite are those who can be relied on to denounce Russia
-
Exactly. It's pretty much the same on RT as well. I'm yet to see one where conflicting views are not given the same airtime and attention (e.g., Lavelle's show). No such thing on major Western channels, esp. on Russia: shades may differ, but only within a unified view.

Nah, chewing on the same old rag. Very uninformative.

Voice-overs are terrible but I presume the intended audience is Europe, primarily, and that is common in Germany, Italy etc. Newer understood why, they can't read fast enough?
