Are you serious, @YouTube? So, my channel got demonized today. Apparently, I'm re-uploading content straight up without permission and as a result, they removed me from the partnership program. That's bull. I comply with fair use.

If it's because of the covers, that's stupid because according to Sony (whom I've had to deal with), they recognize my work as education and within fair use since the work is transformative. It's not like I want to break the law and it's stupid that I'm being punished for that.

Ugh. Sounds like YouTubeBot at it again. They really don't care about laws or fair use, they've shown that time and again with their automated system. So easy to abuse, so weighted for the claimant. All so THEY don't risk losing money from lawsuits.

I'm so mad. I've been making content on the platform for five years now and I know what I am and what I'm not supposed to do. There are people who abuse the platform and I have never done that. Why am I being punished for that?
