Gaming and gamified experiences have become deeply connected with our daily lives and significantly influence GenZ and Millenials. The reasons are manifold – whether it's technological advancements or the availability of mobile gaming on personal smart devices. 📱

It is no surprise that the gaming industry has surpassed the film and music industries combined in economics. But it's more than economic parameters.
Games or gaming as such will strongly contribute to the development and progress we will see in the Metaverse narrative. ☝️

I've been writing about the importance of play since at least 9-11, but I don't think gaming will drive the metaverse. Until there's something beyond gaming, I don't think we'll see mass adoption. I've been around #vr since 1991, so I do have some experience here
