    These are the times you invest in the next Google, Uber, Airbnb, Dropbox, Uber and others. When investors wrongfully believe entrepreneurs stop dreaming for few quarters!

    I'll write this up in next few days, but in last week, observed disparate signals from leadership across VC firms, recruiting firms, & pre-IPO CEOs that they've scaled back hiring plans, planned RIF, and are slowly entering a "trim the hedges" mode -- often citing Vision Fund.
