Do people from NK also agree with that? I think they are Armenians, that doesnt make them to be a part of Armenia.

Today no one has the authority and legitimacy to represent the people of Nagorno-Karabakh at the negotiations.

What about Azerbaijani community of NK? Talks can be either between Armenia and Azerbaijan or Armenian and Azerbaijani communities of NK. Participation of only Armenians from Karabakh is impossible.
