Since you seem to be asking in good faith, I want to let you know that the wording "really a man" is considered offensive. Trans women aren't "really men", they are women, just born in a different body. Now you can avoid using this wording in the future.

Cis female here. Due to flukes in my design I cant have children. Ive been assured by many that it doesnt make me any less of a woman. If that is the case then that would also mean that YOU are not any less of a woman either. We are more than just our reproductive parts.
