I’m inclined to agree: Why did we put aside $250 MILLION for these things, when there were people who could use them. We could’ve given 250,000 people $1000 each who truly needed it. It’s just sorta weird to me.

Like the 500 billion going to big businesses instead of to the population? There's very little of this stimulus that's helping anyone out. It is just a big excuse to prop up the things that the various politicians want to keep going. Both sides do it.
