We ❤️ swimming in springs/rivers & we feel somewhat frustrated by patrons who refuse to read the signs in order to protect these resources. On one occasion, we saw a large group of adults/children following the "no wading" sign. Deaf - we were so pleased to swim along side them.

With all due respect, I think this would have been a more effective message with a signer in the corner.

An odd thought occurred to me: wouldn’t it be great to be proud to be from Florida again? To not cringe every time you hear your governor. Nice video.

Thank you, Nikki Fried!!! My wife has a MS in Teaching the Deaf and has worked with the Deaf community for more then 50 years. The Deaf are routinely overlooked and not understood. BTW, I'd vote for you in a heartbeat, but I live in Texas! Will be sending some $$ your way.
