So the 1st DCA is upset that Uhlfedler hinted that the Court's acts were interesting (i.e. politically motivated) and then they turn around and confirm it by referring him to the bar for a sarcastic comment.

So, the 1st DCA thinks lawyers have no 1A rights? Nothing I read in the article reflects poorly on the legal profession; however, certainly reflects poorly on the judiciary. Too bad the prosecutor didn't exercise independent judgment and not take the case!
