They have too because YouTube makes most of its money from the music that is provided to stream on their service, and it was a court case of parody, not music, so completely different situations and different fair-use laws.

You aren't doing any sort of parody, seems to be "reacting" or talking about music which doesn't clarify for you to use someone elses LEGALLY PROTECTED work. If it wasn't for the copyright system, YT wouldn't exist and everyone knows that. It's about money. Parody is different.
