Its developer @phunware received a $2.85 million loan from Paycheck Protection Program, nearly 14X the current PPP average of $206,000.

UPDATE: @Phunware is not returning the low interest loan from the Paycheck Protection Program. The company says a federal lawsuit claiming it got "the white glove treatment from Chase" is "frivolous."
