a lot of more established companies who have been allowing remote work agreements for a while do this and people do not take enough advantage of this. people should absolutely talk to their manager or office admin to see what the company will cover.

I haven’t taken advantage of this since we got sent home back in March 2020 but they just announced that we’re going to be remote permanently so I finally requested to bring my nice cushy chair home after a year and a half of sitting on a wooden dining chair
