Why does the graph compare only heterosexual women to all men?
This graph is just one from the presentation. David did look at homosexual men and women too!
Ok. Then it's a question of who you compare to whom, as the graph would probably look nicer if homo- and bisexual women were included...
He did present that graph. I only posted one of 30ish slides to twitter. Heter men still highest.
