Por aquella época nuestro Libertador buscaba oficiales en Europa para luchar contra el yugo opresor y no fue un traidor a la patria. Sin esa ayuda no hubiese sido posible la independencia. Hoy inspirados en Bolívar bienvenida coalición militar extranjera como garantía de paz.
