As a Cumbrian I was surprised that Scotland did not vote for independence last time. If they do not next time-they have lost the plot! Many of us will need refuge!

In the event of Brexit and independence, at least 1 million will make the move to Scotland, giving Scotland its biggest ever economic boost. Business will follow, with Scotland in EFTA and Schengen, before probably fully rejoining EU. England and Wales will decline in every sense

@NicolaSturgeon The Tory whips were told to cancel all her engagements this morning as vote of no confidence looks very likely and the whips recalled to London according to sky news so your meeting would have been cancelled anyway. please FM call #indyref2

The 'meeting' in that case was probably just to try and bribe or blackmail support from SNP MPs, having denigrated them ignored Scotland for over 2 years. Nothing to do with actually listening or Brexit talks. Time for that was yonks ago.
