Don't practice new champs in ranked (at least not on main). Use dodge logically. Play promos with a duo so your duo can dodge if you get off role or smth. Don't die for dead towers, yours or enemy teams. Don't trade when at disadvantage in lane, neither fight at # disadvantage.

Learn to utilize Teleport in sololanes. Learn to roam & to spot roam oppurtunites from all lanes. Take note of jungle tendencies, + player tendencies in higher elo. Avoid teamfighting without reason (as in don't fight unless you have an advantageous sit or objective in mind).

All dragons are your friend. If the game goes long, you'll be extremely happy for those three cloud drakes you picked up instead of ignoring when you pick up Elder. LVL 2 Powerspike in the lanes can win or lose the lane, be ready for the lvl pop and utilize it if you hit it first

Pre-think scirmishes and teamfights (always check tab) -> Who are you focusing / protecting, who to use ignite/smite/exhaust/heal on/for, what do you need to watch out for. Understand win conditions on BOTH your team and theirs, and avoid playing into theirs willingly.

Proper back timings make all the difference, try to always get resets in after objective or kills. Track enemy jungler through your own early by knowing clear speed differential. RESPECT GLOBALS. Also, doesn't matter which role, PINKS PINKS PINKS. Utilize pings, always ping wards

Don't overthink minion manipulation in early game, push if you can, and utilize push to get pressure and vision for other laners or for neutral objectives. Don't waste your time typing, the NPCs on your team won't listen nor care. You can learn something from every single game.

Minions are incredibly strong early game, avoid fighting in minion advantage, and for the love of god let your laner clear some minions before you lose 1v2 because of minions. Adapt your items through the game, if they are full AD, but their Brand Sup is fed, MR is still good.
