    was incredible this year... It really supported me to reignite my passion for fitness; exercise was something that really supported my wellbeing for years but I lost this during 2019. Really blessed to feel motivated and healthy again.

    It’s the last day of today and it was good to talk to about the 2020 experience. This year I’ve really noticed the benefits of physical activity for good when you’re really busy. When you haven’t got time is when you need to find the time!
