While it might be politically inconvenient for the fact free propaganda of the recall the reality, is this has always been about the most economically privileged paying to buy their usual immunity from abusing thier workers.

This poorly reported article casts aspersions on the DA when it shouldn't; it was a judge who released the suspect. Hobb's PD explained what happened but the Chron chose to rely on Thomas Ostly's version of affairs, even though Ostly has a clearly biased perspective.
