Cryptocurrency most important areas for improvement over the next few years: * More secure storage (key management) * Trust-minimized (decentralized) exchanges * Make 2nd layers more user-friendly, especially via automated routing, while not overly sacrificing trust minimization

UX is much more important on the 2nd layer than on the first layer.

Agreed it’s more important there, and its still important on the first layer. Developers also need UX, better UX facilitates faster developer/enterprise protocol adoption, which means 2nd layer applications can get churned out faster
