Wouldn’t this apply to bitcoin cash as well? It is very much the original bitcoin as outlined in the white paper, yet you see it as a fraud/scam. Why are you so suspicious of it?

While gov's and big businesses, incl. banks preach "globalization", for the common man they only throw up restrictions. Bitcoin will liberate the banked and provide financial services for all, incl. the unbanked. NOT "bank the unbanked"!
