My dad was single when he had to flee -- would be far tougher with a family.

I was 4-5yrs of age when we fled west towards the Thai border. Though I was young, I’d remembered everything, from ppl that offered me to piggy back ride to seeing my first dead corpse. Mom went back to visit our hut, there’s nothing but grass and shrubs that live there now.
