TL;DR: transaction fees previously calculated as a function of raw tx size (in bytes); segwit separates signature data from transaction so effective tx size is smaller (vbytes)

Don't let crypt divide u like politics, religion, etc. People are so angry and hateful about team-whichever-coin they are on. Crypto is decentralized abundance 4 the people. Don't let yourself breed hate through it. Let the abundance flow 2 all. None of us knows how it will go.

Sharing information that is helpful with others and spreading the abundance makes much more sense than hating others and needing to be right about whatever coins you believe in.
