In most places putting somebody in prison requires much more due process than freezing or seizing their accounts.
I feel there will be demand for customized "poison pill" smart-contracts guarding crypto-assets against physical takeover attempts.
I agree but as you know and cited by referring to the events in Saudi the issue of govt overreach by seizing assets as well as bank run which we agree do not occur in most places are always used as one of the main reasons why BTC is the best alternate to fiat.
