Identity is relationship oriented, evaporative/transient, and adaptive. I see as a shortcut. Identity -> Reputation -> Behavior.

Reputation is a very long and error-prone slog not a shortcut, but yes that's the main non-legal meaning of identity.

Oh yeah, I mean as thinking shortcut - easier to reason on if compress that long slog into a mental notion/emotion/feeling.
